Turkey Requiring Traveler Entry Form

Travelers to Turkey are required to complete an entry form at register.health.gov.tr within 72 hours before their trip. Completion of this form is required to board any plane traveling to Turkey and needs to be printed or available for display on mobile devices to show airline personnel.
