Upcoming (May-December 2024) Travel Booked through CTP

If you have a flight or train booked for travel on or after May 13th. We want to make sure you are aware that Georgetown is transitioning to a new travel management partner, World Travel Service. This is due to critical feedback on CTP and a review of travel companies that have more experience supporting higher education.

To ensure you still receive the support for your travel booking, we have arranged the following:

1. CTP will remain available to assist with your itinerary until August 31st for cancellations and changes as long as your new travel date is before December 30th.
2. If you need to cancel your itinerary after August 31st OR you need to change your travel to after December 30th, you can work directly with your airline.

Due to the transition from CTP to World Travel Service, you will not be able to change your itinerary via Concur. CTP University Travel can be reached at gu@ctptravelservices.com  or 855-460-5352 for assistance.
